This started as a simple way to connect former GitLab team members looking for work with alumni who were hiring. It still works best when people share leads generously and follow up with care.

What is this?

This website was created by Brendan O'Leary to help XLabbers connect with other XLabbers around jobs, candidates, and new opportunities.

By filling out the relevant hiring form, you can get access to the other side of the network: people hiring or people looking for their next role.

How can I help?

Reach out to people you know. This is tough, and everyone processes change differently.
Write LinkedIn recommendations for former coworkers so recruiters can see what made them great.
Share roles, warm intros, and candidate referrals when you have them.
